Crude Coconut Oil

Crude Coconut Oil is produced by pressing the crude oil from the dried coconut meat flesh, a product called “copra”. Typically, the pressing is accomplished through the use of an expeller press. The dry copra is first extracted by the solvent-free method using it to obtain better quality coconut oil. Then the residue is processed through solvent extraction plant using food-grade hexane as a solvent to extract the residual coconut oil.

RBD COCONUT OIL

Refined, Bleached and Deodorized

RBD Coconut Oil / RBD Coconut Oil is made from CNO, which has gone through a process of refining, bleaching and deodorizing so that it can be consumed. After going through this process, it will become a clear white liquid and will turn into a semi-solid at room temperature; Often used in coconut-based cooking oils for cooking because this oil does not contain additional flavourings, has triglycidal fatty acids innate, these fatty acids do not form cholesterol, but can be converted into energy, so it does not cause excessive fat deposition in the body.

The factory is located at Jalan Tanjung Sari no 45, Surabaya, Indonesia . Our main product lineup are CNO coconut oil, coconut pellets/cake/meal, and RBD coconut cooking oil. CNO coconut oil can be used in many industries, such as: cosmetics, soaps, oleochemicals, food, resins and many others.

As well as increasing public awareness and concern for a healthy lifestyle by choosing and consuming healthy, natural and organic food ingredients, including the use of oil for cooking. Based on this, PT. Nusantara Sentosa Oil established a factory for processing coconut, to be processed into healthy, hygienic, coconut natural oilwith high added value. We provide products with a focus on the importance of quality and in our production processes, ensuring that we always comply with national and international standards and regulations.
